Maximum Painting is a company genuinely interested in the health and safety of our employees. Our employees are our most valuable assets and their safety is vital to the continued success of our company. It is our goal to provide our employees with a place of employment that is free of recognized hazards so each can return home at the end of the day accident free. We strive to comply with all OSHA rules and regulations and our safety record reflects our attention to detail.
At each worksite, the Maximum Painting Jobsite Foreman is the designated site safety coordinator for our crews. He or she is responsible for promoting safe work practices, but it is up to each employee to do everything possible to prevent injury to self and others.
We carry out site safety inspections daily to ensure any hazards or deficiencies are taken care of. The Jobsite Foreman holds weekly Tool Box Safety meetings to relay pertinent safety and health information and to keep accident prevention at the forefront of everyone’s mind.
